It’s been too long since I last updated my blog. I’ve had too much to do lately, but here is some pretty good news.

I just finished producing the introduction to a book called “The Beauty of Vegetables”. Le chef André Farray has hired me to do the photographs for his upcoming book about vegetables. And no, it is not a veggie book. Confusing? Maybe, but you will understand when you see the final result. I don’t want to reveal too much yet. It is inspiring to work with such a passionate person as André, and I’m sure the book will look great when it’s done. The content in the book will be like a mix between art- and food photography. We still have a lot of work to do, but I’m looking forward to spend time in the studio photographing delicous food.
